We can help you reach your weight loss goals through our Weight Loss Management Monthly Program. Available at our Omaha clinics, our program combines active management of a weight loss treatment with a medical prescription for one of the following treatments:

  • Semaglutide (the same active ingredient in Ozempic®)
  • Tirzepatide (the same active ingredient in Mounjaro®)
  • Phentermine
  • Contrave®

What to expect

During an in-person consultation, your practitioner will determine whether you qualify for weight loss treatment. If you do, then we’ll determine which treatment is right for you. Your monthly fee includes:

  • An initial consultation
  • Documentation of your medical history
  • Monthly follow-up appointments
  • Documenting your progress in your patient file
  • InBody Scan and analysis (measuring body fat and weight)

The cost of medication is not included.
