I have been going to PMC for years and every time I have had a good experience with Botox injections. Everyone I have had treatments from are so nice! I decided to try the laser leg vein treatments and bought a package of 3 treatments. I have never had this done before so I don't know if this happens to others at PMC or other places that offer the laser but I ended up with a scar on my ankle. When I came back for the second treatment, the person who had scheduled me for the second treatment didn't schedule it correctly so I went there for nothing and I live an hour away so that was very frustrating. For the next two treatments, I decided to not treat the areas around my ankle and just did the calves areas. On the second treatment, I mentioned to the person that the last treatment she did left me with a large scab like area on my ankle and left a scar. Not much was said about that from her. The laser treatments did not help much at all and always, after each treatment, a few days later I would have scabs starting on my legs in the area that was treated. Like I said, not sure if this is normal or if it's just me. I was very disappointed with the results. However, I will still continue to go to PMC for other treatments such as Botox.

Great staff & Reasonable Prices. I've been a customer for a couple of years and would highly recommend their services. Stacy is friendly, knowledgeable, has been fantastic at answering any questions I have, and always does a amazing job!

This is a great place! Many things to offer and good specials!
This is my favorite place to get any injections for more than one reason! I have many options. I work in Des Moines and have friends who are close by me working in this industry. I could get discounts and be close to them for any of my needs. But I drive almost 2 hours to get to this location for my injections. I love the providers and staff! They have always done a great job and I have never been unsatisfied. Then the prices!! Keep an eye out for the monthly specials and don’t miss out on Botox day! You can’t beat the prices! This is my go to!!

I had a wonderful first time experience at PMC today- I did however have a long wait and while it may not have been ok with some, it didn’t bother me much as I was just enjoying my time away from children and life for the moment! The front desk staff was very apologetic and the manager was definitely on top of it and made sure that it was worth my wait! Great customer service! Because of the craziness I cannot remember the name of the 2nd nurse I seen, but she was great and made sure all questions were answered and everything was explained clearly! Thanks again- I will be back!

I have gone to PMC for over 5 years and have been very pleased with the staff and results. Stacy is very honest in guiding you to what your individual needs are and is highly skilled in her application of the procedures. I have had very positive experiences with everyone and recommend their services without hesitation.
