Have been coming to the location on 13110 Dodge for several years. Staff are friendly, the atmosphere is calm and aesthetically pleasing, and providers are knowledge and approachable.

Kristal is incredibly knowledgeable about the best options for my skin, and she always explains everything in a way that makes me feel comfortable and confident. She never rushes me and always answers my questions so I truly understand my choices. I also want to give a huge shout‑out to LeKesha, who continually helps me navigate specials and coordinates my appointments around her busy schedule. Every time I come in here, everyone is so happy and fun and chats with us customers like we’re regulars that come in every week. Procedures are explained in detail before, during-telling us what they’re doing-and after care instructions.

Can’t ever get ahold of someone to schedule an appointment over the phone. It’s basically phone tag. Every time I call it goes to voicemail .. I leave a message… hours later I get a voicemail so I call back and the process repeats itself. Only reason I’m deducting a star. Otherwise this place is amazing.
