Michaela Collins earned her Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also earned her Bachelor of Science in BCMB (Biochemistry, Cell and Molecular Biology), as well as another Bachelor in Science degree in Biology from Drake University. Collins has worked in the medical field for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoys helping others.
Michaela’s primary experience and interest is aesthetics. Collins has extensive, advanced training with injectables such as Botox and fillers, as well as Kybella and laser services. Michaela enjoys researching products and procedures and learning new techniques to improve patient outcomes. She also trains other healthcare professionals in these areas.
Michaela loves helping people put their best self forward through aesthetic services and hormone balancing. It gives her true joy to see how what she does can result in increased self-confidence and improved lifestyles.
Pam graduated from Clarkson College of Nursing in 1985 and completed her BSN from Creighton in 2010. She received her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) in May, 2015. Hartnett is board certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Throughout Pam’s career she has been particularly interested in skin care and has a published article on improving skin cancer knowledge in the Journal of Dermatology Nurses Association (JDNA).
Pam offers her patients a variety of services including complimentary consultations for bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, many aesthetic treatments and more. Pam’s goal for her patients is to maintain and/or improve quality of life.
Stacy Niemi received her Masters of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Fitness with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of North Dakota and an Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. Niemi’s focus has been on health and wellness for over 25 years. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner.
As a holistic practitioner and wellness advocate, Stacy offers a variety of services. A focal point of her practice is specializing in treating men and women’s hormone imbalances with the use of bio-identical hormones, cellular testing for food and chemical sensitivity and gut health. She assists patients in designing individual weight loss programs well as diagnosing and treating nutritional deficiencies. She incorporates aesthetics such as botox, fillers, and chemical peels to improve overall well-being and self esteem. One of her latest passions is treating chronic and acute pain states with prolotherapy. Stacy’s goal is to keep people healthy, active and prevent the onset of chronic disease.
Raised in a farming community on the outskirts of Omaha, Stacy first tilled the soil and learned the empirical value of organic foods. A desire to expand her knowledge lead her to Scottsdale, AZ where she earned her Dietetics Degree from Paradise Valley College, then became credentialed through the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics.
As a holistic nutritionist, Stacy is passionate about teaching how to heal the body using dietary changes and natural remedies to achieve optimal health and weight management.
Stacy enjoys creating customized nutrition programs individualized for each patient. Helping patients set realistic goals, make a commitment to those goals, and work together to accomplish the goals with patience, compassion, and encouragement is the foundation of Stacy’s practice.
Jen Pierce RN, has been a functional medicine nurse since 2010. She is very interested in anti-aging protocols, especially bio-identical hormone replacement therapy. She has seen many patient’s quality of life improve with hormone replacement, including herself. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. Jen has also been a certified yoga instructor since 1997.
