Our Team

Justin started working in the Kohll family business at age 7. He is proud to be a third-generation Kohll family pharmacist. In 1979, Justin was recruited to join the University of Nebraska swim team. After three years of swimming for UNL, he transferred to Creighton University Pharmacy School. While attending Pharmacy School he swam for C.U. and was also the head coach.

Following graduation from pharmacy school in 1985, Justin’s father – Marvin – recruited him to work in the family business. During his time in the family business, Justin and his brother started over 15 new divisions of Kohll’s–one of them being Preventative Medical Clinic (PMC) in 2007.

Justin’s vision was to provide the most current age management and aesthetic services to the Omaha community to help patients feel and look their best. He also wanted to provide the most preeminent services with the most advanced trained educated employees. Justin’s experience and expertise have been recognized by the Nebraska Pharmacists’ Association, which honored him with the prestigious Innovative Pharmacy Practice Award in 2009.

Kristal has been working in functional medicine since 2013. She is experienced in bio-identical hormone replacement therapy, nutritional IVs, The PMC Diet weight loss program and aesthetic services such as BOTOX® Cosmetic, laser treatments, chemical peels and collagen induction therapy (CIT).

Kristal is currently working towards her master’s degree in nursing so she can continue her passion for helping people feel better from the inside out.

Stacy received her Master of Science in Nursing from the University of Nebraska Medical Center. She also holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science with a Minor in Nutrition from the University of North Dakota and an associate degree as a physical therapist assistant. Stacy’s focus has been on health and wellness for the last 30 years. She is certified by the American Academy of Nurse Practitioners as a Family Nurse Practitioner. 

As a holistic practitioner and wellness advocate, Stacy offers a variety of services. A focal point of her practice is specializing in treating men and women’s hormone imbalances with the use of bioidentical hormones. Stacy has been certified by Worldlink medical as an advanced hormone specialist for over 12 years. She assists patients in designing individual weight loss programs well as diagnosing and treating nutritional deficiencies. She incorporates aesthetics such as BOTOX, fillers, and chemical peels to improve overall well-being and self esteem. One of her latest passions is treating chronic and acute pain states with prolotherapy and Platelet Rich Plasma with a certification from AOAPR since 2016.  Stacy’s goal is to keep people healthy, active and prevent the onset of chronic disease.

Chelsea is a nurse practitioner with 10 years of experience in the medical field. She is dedicated to building meaningful relationships with her patients and helping them achieve optimal health and well-being. Chelsea’s passion for aesthetics is complemented by her focus on preventative medicine, particularly weight management and health/wellness promotion. Additionally, she is trained in a range of laser treatments and remains committed to staying current with the latest advancements in aesthetic care.

Chelsea is committed to providing personalized care and developing effective treatment plans that drive successful outcomes. She enjoys seeing her patients gain confidence and attain their health and aesthetic goals. Chelsea is highly knowledgeable and passionate about the treatments she provides, ensuring that each client receives tailored care and the most appropriate plan for success.

Taylor is a dedicated registered nurse with 7 years of experience in the medical field, including a year in aesthetics. Specializing in laser treatments, BOTOX, and weight loss management, she is passionate about helping clients look good, feel good, and do good.  

With a focus on client care, Taylor is committed to providing personalized treatment plans that enhance each client’s natural beauty and boost their confidence and well-being. Taylor stays current on the latest aesthetic advancements to ensure that each client’s experience is safe, comfortable, and transformative.

Taylor believes that when clients look and feel their best, they’re empowered to bring their best selves into everything they do.

Michaela has worked in the medical field for over 15 years and thoroughly enjoys helping others. Her extensive education includes:

• Master of Physician Assistant Studies from the University of Nebraska Medical Center
• Bachelor of Science in BCMB (Biochemistry, Cell, and Molecular Biology)
• Bachelor of Science in Biology from Drake University

Michaela’s primary experience and interest are aesthetics. Collins has extensive, advanced training with injectables such as BOTOX and fillers, as well as PRP and laser services. Michaela has specialized in women’s and men’s wellness utilizing PRP/PRF techniques, becoming the top Master Injector with all P-Shot® and O-Shot® services here at PMC. Michaela enjoys researching products and procedures and learning new techniques to improve patient outcomes. She also trains other healthcare professionals in these areas.

Michaela loves helping people put their best self forward through aesthetic services and hormone balancing. It gives her true joy to see how what she does can result in increased self-confidence and improved lifestyles.

Jackie has been in the aesthetic and plastic surgery field since 2019. She wears many hats here at the Preventative Medical Clinic. Jackie is our medical assistant and onsite phlebotomist and has been a member of the clinical management team since 2014. She has a passion for helping clients look and feel their best. Jackie has a vast knowledge of professional-grade skin care, lasers, injectables, hormone therapy, and nutrition. She continues to educate herself professionally and keep up with the latest anti-aging technologies to serve the needs of her clients.

Kayla has worked in the beauty industry for almost 25 years, from being a counter manager for Clinique cosmetics to an account coordinator for Prescriptives cosmetics and everything in between. Kayla has a passion for the beauty industry and has a deep love for self-care. As a PMC patient coordinator since 2016, Kayla enjoys creating a special experience for all patients from the minute they walk in the door. She loves helping clients achieve their beauty and skincare goals. “When you look good you feel good!  Helping people feel their best is beautiful!”

With over 15 years of front desk experience and 2 years managing social media, Tanya brings a strong foundation in client care and digital marketing to PMC. As a certified CNA and CMA, she can better support our clients’ needs.

Tanya is passionate about creating an exceptional experience for every client, whether through smooth office operations, engaging social media content, or personalized service. She aims to help clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring they feel confident and cared for at every visit.

Tara is a registered nurse with 16 years of experience, including 5 years in medical aesthetics. She is expanding her education and taking classes to become a nurse practitioner. While Tara has a diversity of nursing experience, medical aesthetics is her passion. She specializes in laser treatments and BOTOX injections. Tara brings broad knowledge and passion for the treatments offered at PMC, making sure our clients are fully taken care of and have the right treatment plan for success.  

Mariah is a nurse practitioner with over 10 years of medical experience, including 2 years in aesthetics. She is passionate about educating her patients and providing them with the information they need to make the best decisions regarding their treatment plans.

Mariah believes that medical aesthetics has the potential to transform lives; she takes great pride in witnessing how her treatments have benefited her patients. Mariah is an expert in a variety of aesthetic procedures, such as BOTOX, dermal fillers, PRP, and laser treatments. She has received additional training in the specialties of MicroTox®, NasalTox®, and TheraTox™. 

Throughout her career, Mariah has developed a keen interest in preventative medicine, particularly weight management and health promotion. She offers a holistic approach to her patients, including nutritional counseling and GLP medications such as tirzepatide.

Lora loves her role as a patient care coordinator at Preventative Medical Clinic. A certified personal trainer with over 13 years of experience in the health and fitness industry, she is passionate about supporting clients in their wellness journeys. Lora is committed to creating a positive and welcoming environment for everyone who walks through the clinic’s doors. Her focus is on ensuring that clients feel comfortable and well cared for, helping them take steps to feel empowered in their aesthetic and wellness goals.

LeKesha has over 15 years of experience in the medical field, including 8 years working in the aesthetic industry with PMC. She is dedicated to creating a positive impact through leadership and teamwork. As a manager, she leads by example, inspiring the team to reach their full potential while fostering a culture of continuous growth and development. 

LeKesha’s philosophy is rooted in setting clear goals for success and ensuring that every client’s experience is seamless and fulfilling from start to finish. One of her favorite aspects of working at PMC is experiencing a genuine sense of being in a tightknit work family, which makes the clinic a truly special place to lead and grow. Watching staff grow and thrive in their professional journeys is a rewarding aspect of her role, and she takes pride in guiding the team toward excellence in patient care and service.

With over 8 ½ years of experience as a front desk coordinator, Dee plays a crucial role in ensuring a seamless and welcoming experience for each client. She brings a deep understanding of the med spa industry and a strong commitment to personalized client care.

Passionate about helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals, Dee takes pride in working closely with each one to develop tailored treatment plans that align with their unique needs. Whether coordinating appointments or providing guidance on services, Dee strives to create an atmosphere where clients feel valued, informed, and confident in their choices.

Currently training to become a licensed esthetician, she combines her skincare knowledge with a client-focused approach to help individuals navigate services and achieve their goals. Jordan is passionate about helping people feel more confident in their skin and is committed to providing excellent care while continuously growing in the field.
